2016 Ford Fusion Audio Goes out on right side

So I installed a screen in my 2016 Ford Fusion, deleted the sync and cd player. Ever since I installed it the volume even though was all the way turned up would be low. Even when using apps like Netflix and so on. And when I turned on my headlights the whole right side of my stereo system would go out and be a loud static noise. Has any one had this issue? Would anyone know what the problem is? I've had it for sometime now and just use a Bluetooth receiver through the radio function because it all works great when I use Radio. But any other apps or functions it craps out. Please any info helps
