My problem: No sound at all.
My troubleshooting process:
First things first I chatted with Phoenix
They said, oh you bought second hand? Sorry. You’re out of luck buddy.
Second step:
Found this link. Tried to follow. There’s no “Sync 0 option”

Next step. Google
Found a bunch of references to updating canbus settings.
I go to “advanced settings”
I key in 666888
I press “Car type”
Options are F150 Hi, H150 Lo, Old F150 Hi, Old F150 Lo
Trust me I’ve tried all of them.
Next screen I have choice of protocol and Car Info
None of the F150’s have a No SYNC option.
Also, I don’t know what protocol to select. I’ve done some experimenting but changing a setting and then waiting for factory reset when you have 10,000 combinations to try is really damaging my mental health.
Is there a genius here that can help me?
