Tried everything I can find online. Have the 13.6” android 10 display for the Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have a Summit edition.
For whatever reason, I will not do any audio. Well, the speaker in the unit works. No radio, BT, CarPlay, downloaded Spotify and Apple Music from App Store, nothing.
Set proper date and time, tried all options for different models, messed with every button in the Equalizer settings, tried house WiFi, hotspot, BT, nothing. The radio doesn’t even work which is what’s getting me. Tried all the audio settings I could find. Anyone have a similiar issue? And yes, I tried factory reset. Multiple times…
Thinking maybe it’s something to do with the Harmon Kardon sound system that’s OEM with summit package. Not finding anything that works on the forum.

Re: No AUDIO
Sounds like the issue that I was having. In my case, I hadn't connected the 4 RCA outs to the 4 RCA connections that went into the other harness. Basically, I didn't think I was using the RCA connections, since there are no RCA connections to my vehicle. Didn't expect to have to link two harnesses provided by Phoenix Automotive. The RCA out cables needed to be connected to the RCA cables going into the harness that connects to factory connector. (Mine was the 13.6 screen for the Ram 1500)

Re: No AUDIO
Same issue, 2015 Durango. Except I had working audio from install November 2024 until September 2025. All sound suddenly died. Tried several things as well, making BT call & hanging up, reboot, still nothing. Tech support involves a video call I can't make because Google blocks me (no Google account). Serious regrets sinking so much $ into this to have it work less than a year.
