2014 ford edge Px6 not working.

I just recently bought a 2014 ford edge with a PX6 radio. I was told that it was a Phoenix unit.



The whole unit doesn’t work. It does power on but the screen looks like it corrupt and nothing on it work and the seat heaters and the heater are both stuck on.

Anyway I could flash a new firmware to it? The top menu bar looks different than what’s on the website here. I can also barely make out an error message on the screen that says something about “invalid authorization”
