Px6 Console Screen is Offset and Cut Off

Just installed a PX6 into a 2014 Cadillac SRX.
When I press the Console Icon at the top to display the factory CUE Screen Icons,
the Factory CUE Icons are all shifted to the right,
with a blank/black margin on the left and the Icons on the right are cut off (see first pic attached).
Also can't press any of the CUE Icons directly: need to press the icon to the left to select the desired icon.
In the second pic attached, you can see where I'm pressing the Voice Icon (on the left) but it's activating the Radio Icon.
In the third pic attached, you'll see where the stock Rear Camera is offset in a similar fashion (blank/black margin on left; cut off on right)
Has anyone experienced anything similar to this? Any setting changes I can make?
