Google Maps Voice Prompts

I have the Phoenix PX6 unit installed into my 2014 Cadillac SRX Premium.
The two harnesses to the Aux Input Jack (inside the center armrest/console) are properly connected and I can hear audio when I play YouTube or NetFlix (not while driving of course; just to test functionality
As for Google Maps, I cannot hear the turn-by-turn directions/voice prompts UNLESS I switch the PX6 to Aux Input.
Is there a setting to hear the Google Map Voice Prompts over the Car Speakers, or even the little speaker they included, while listening to the Cadillac CUE XM Radio, for example ?
By/the/way, I have yet to hear any sounds from the little external speaker they provided. It is connected properly to the back of the PX6 (using the little jumper wire you included). Is there a setting to activate this speaker.
