PX6 unit needs full restore and wipe

i've bough the bellow unit a while ago and have faced some problems with it like parking sensors not working or able to turn them back on, also remote start got completely disabled.
i've reached out to support asking for new firmware hoping it would fix the problem but havent heard back from the supplier.
anyway since my parking sensors got also completely disabled i've attempted to fix it my self, found firmware online installed it and now im getting a blanc screen.
is there anyway i can enter recovery mode and wipe the system, can you please provide the most resent firmware for the unit as well please, much thanks
