The new guy here purchased a 2014 F150 with a 12" screen. I can't seem to keep the internal radio playing when I open car play, can't see the door open icon, and last but not least SYNC only half working
Can anyone out there help me

Just to clarify, the radio stops playing altogether when your door is open or its faint sound?
