2011 Ford F-150 Rear Park Assist and App

Hello, I've installed a SC7870 in my 2011 F-150 Lariat Limited (Auto AC). When I put the truck in reverse, the rear camera comes on like it's supposed to and the image of the car pops up showing the rear park assist radar lines but none of the lines ever light up showing I might be getting close to something. The tone increases in speed telling me I'm getting close but the lines never light up. Is there a setting I'm missing to activate this or is this something that just won't work on my truck?
Also, I have Car Launcher Pro installed on it which I like over the stock launcher. However, there is the stock radio app that keeps activating itself. Sometimes it blocks the signal coming from the flash drive. I cannot hear the music playing from the flash drive until I go in and turn off the radio app and close it. It's a minor thing now that I've figured it out but it's still a nuisance. Does anyone know how to turn it off so that it stays off? This is the radio app I'm speaking of. Thanks in advance.
