Just installed on a 2020 Ford fusion hybrid titanium with Sony sound system. It is the screen minus the sync unit and CD player

The only Issue I seem to be having is the OEM Subwoofers don't seem to have any audio.

Things I've tried so far is hooking up RCAs per instructions found online. No matter what is plugged in or not the audio doesn't change. Most of my sound comes from the center dash speaker and the tweeters it seems.

Also searched through the settings and equalizer and haven't found anything that makes a difference to my Issue.

I'm wondering if this unit isn't compatible with the stock audio system. Any suggestions?

Having the same car and they sold me the QCM6125 retaining the ACM and APIM. they inject sound via SPDIF in the USB of the APIM.

With the Ford-specific audiobox installed, audio output is present on both left and right channels, however channel synchronization is unstable and incorrect.

Observed behavior
At the start of any new audio stream (cold boot, app playback, navigation prompt):
audio channels do not start simultaneously
one channel becomes active first, followed by the second channel with a noticeable delay

In some cases:
audio initializes as mono on the right channel
or both channels are temporarily mapped to the right speaker

Reselecting the USB AUX source in SYNC 3 forces a temporary resynchronization only if the audio stream is already active
As soon as a new audio stream is initiated, the synchronization problem returns
Manual reinitialization behavior

Entering the Phoenix audio settings and moving the left/right balance slider:
forces the Phoenix audio engine to reinitialize channel routing when there is only sound coming from the left speaker
restores output on both channels

but left and right channels remain out of sync
This confirms that channel routing and synchronization are being handled inside the Phoenix audio path, not by SYNC 3


Above is only a small part of the issues i encounter with the new unit.
