Cannot seem to connect to centerspeaker or subwoofer 2008 Cadillac ESV

I just got the 13.6 inch screen for my 2008 cadillac and it works fine except i cannot seem to get the centerspeaker or subwoofer to connect and be recognized by the amplifer app. I followed the Phoenix youtube video closely and my connections are the same. Anyone been able to connect to these speakers? my front and rear speakers are working, the fader and equalizer does not
