2020 Ram 1500 w/alpine system sc7870 wiring question

For those with a 5th gen Ram with OEM Alpine system did you use the included audio output adapter and plug it in to the corresponding FL/FR and RR/RL labeled RCAs? Doesn't seem like i am getting all the speakers working and may try the normal audio output plug. Also any tips if you have e disabled the radio amp and sound settings to get it tuned just right.
