I installed the unit last night. I figured out how to connect Bluetooth. Made a phone call before bed and everything worked great. This morning I figured out how to connect CarPlay and after that the microphone doesn’t work. I’ve gone into system settings and toggled between oem or built in with no help.
The vehicle is a 2014 ram 1500

1: Built In
2: BC6
3: BC8

Try selecting BC8 under factory settings. Looks for Bluetooth. Password is 123456.
