Px6 in 2016 Tahoe no rear climate control button?

I have a newly installed px6 on a 2016 Tahoe ppv and everything works for the most part but I have no rear climate control button so I cannot turn the rear vents on at all, is this a setting issue or software related ? Also does anyone know how to move the door ajar display ? I can't seem to get into the vehicle settings to select my vehicle mine will not show any of that even when I go to the system info and hold it and log in
