2017 Tundra issues after Reset

With a factory reset, does that take away and model specific settings the unit may have shipped with. The reason is after a factory reset my unit no longer shows the Temp numbers for the AC unit, Fan speed increase meter no longer shows movement and I also have no lighting on the Physical buttons on both sides of the display. I also receive no data from the home screen RPM and Speedometer. They just stay at the 0 position. I have included a picture of a scree that show the temp numbers and other push options that are now almost all greyed out on my unit. Is there a possible MCU or software flash program I can upload to bring it back to the delivered status?

Be sure the selection on the far right of that top screen matches the type of AC you have (Auto AC vs. Manual AC buttons). If you had the manual control knobs, make sure it is set to Manual.
