2018 ram CarPlay and backup camera inop

Anyone have any advice on why my CarPlay doesn’t work with any cord. Intermittently works with Bluetooth. I’ve tried 2 phones and 3 different cords. All ports. It won’t connect.
Also backup camera is black. Have it hooked up to correct spots according to video of install.
