2022 Ram audio issues

I have no audio except from the radio and Bluetooth. I have installed new speakers and my own amp and still no audio from anything other than the radio and Bluetooth,it seems like a nice radio but this is driving me up a wall.

I am having audio problems from same radio in a silverado, no sound from apps like sirius. Was working fine for awhile then next day nothing. No settings change would help. It is to bad that Phoenix radio techs don't even monitor this forum nor do they want to answer simple questions by e-mail. It is always "call and make an appointmnet with tech" like nobody has an 8 hr job they work at during the week.
