2012 Mustang No heater controls.

I have a
PX6 android 9 for a 2012 ford Mustang. I was having software issues with a couple of the apps. I did a reset on the unit, but lost almost everything. I do not even have the A/C heat controls on the bottom anymore. How can I reinstall these?

I got it fixed. I had to go in to install set and set up my car. Heater controls work , but I have no sound. I have gone in and set every setting I could, and still no sound.
