Help whit my px6 Android 9 in a gmc sierra 2016

Can someone tell me or help me whit the right software or firmware for my px6 unit whit Android 9, the screen goes off and on, the ac dont work and the external buttons, I think i need a MCU or system upgrade, can someone help me please...

My truck its a gmc sierra 2016
