2005 Lexus GX470 PX3 unit. AC and sound won't work at all.

Hey all. I recently had some dash cameras, auxbeam panel, and a new rearview mirror installed. The unit was working normal. A few days later, there is no sound and the AC won't turn on with the physical buttons or touch screen. I had my local mechanic remove the unit and all cables are installed fine. Sergey tried walking me through software wise. Are there any recommendations you have to fix this?
