AC controls (heat, fan speed) not working on 2013 G37

Hi there.

I have a 2013 G37 with a Pheonix - I think it's a PX6?

Anyway, the heating and air controls have just suddenly completely stopped working.

The physical buttons at the bottom do nothing - but they DO bring up the heating and air screen. Once that screen is up, I can't change any of the settings. Not the temperature, not the fan speed - nothing.

Now, the air conditioning is working - but it appears to be just stuck on with the fan on low speed.

Any ideas on how I can fix this?
