Px6 troubles with rear vents and Navigation/radio apps

Hello there!
I just installed a PX6 on my 2012 Dodge Durango and I have two problems:

1. Radio/Navigation
When I start Navigation app (google maps or any other third party navigation app I installed) the voice of the app wont come through when radio app is on. When the nav wants to talk the radio app decreases volume as it should, but I cant hear any voice from the navigation app.
When I use the music app with any mp3 everything works fine: the volume decreases and the nav app says f.ex.: "...in 500m turn left...".

2. Rear ventilation
When I start the car the rear vent always starts immediatley with almost full power and 23deg celcius temperature.
When I shut of the vents (or adjust it) it always comes back on after a few seconds with almost full power and 23 degress.
Front vents works perfect.

Any ideas on this?
