PX6 - Apps lost after full reset

Hi everyone, i recently helped a friend of mine with an issue regarding the app carbit link that was uninstalled by mistake. After some back and forth we agreed that a solution could have been a reset. We don't have that much experience with this type of setup so i did a factory reset from the actual settings of the unit (not the UI where you choose the apps and everything else and where you can find another option to reset as well as the advanced option and yada yada) and once it was up again, nothing where on it and it also lost the AC config as well as the other options. We restored most of the app already but if there's a method to set everything back as it was it will be nice...the car is a Toyota Prado (2002-2011)
