Ford Fusion/Mondeo 2013 No Audio Issue

I have a 12.1 PX6 radio installed in a Fusion Titanium 2013 with Sony Sound system. I am able to start the radio, control A/Ac, view rear cammera and steering wheel controls. The only problem I could not solve is the lack of audio. I have checked twice the connections and seems nothing is missing, also tried all different protocols in the configuration settings and nothing happened. Something I noticed is that "Car info" is always emty and there is no option to select in the scrolldown. Can someone please help me?
