8gb sc7862 unit for for Chevrolet Silverado Tahoe Suburban GMC Yukon Sierra Avalanche 2007 - 2014 I cant get 2nd row flip down to show video it lights up but cant play videos? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRICATED

I have the same problem. Either I have the wrong connections connected or there is something wrong on the setting. Either way I can’t figure it out.

i cant figure this out either. Did anyone find a fix for this?
