Air conditioner

I have the px6 10.4 Android 9 fastboot. My problem is that my A/C will not turn off. The screen comes up and you can touch the buttons like they are being highlighted but nothing happens. I unplugged the unit which turn it off but when I plugged it back up the A/C came back on. Any suggestions will be great. I have a 2014 ram 1500 crew cab. Thanks

Same thing just happened to mine. Wife says it's china hack. Wish a solution would come.
