Mustang Steering Wheel and Mode Switches not working

I have the 10.4" Px6 in a 2018. I just received it this past Monday and connected everything before putting the dash back together I tested it to make sure everything worked.
The two switches that control the steering wheel sensitivity and the mode are not working. So far I have gotten near 0 help from Phoenix, has anyone had this issue? The only responses I have gotten have been a request for the system info page and a notice that someone would be calling me today (which has not happened and the day is basically over).
