Trouble with pop up brake message when stopped

Hello, I recently installed a 11.5” phoenix audio android 13 unit in my 2019 Ram 2500. Everything is working well except everytime I come to a stop I get a message that pops up asking if I want to retract the handbrake. Whether I chose yes or no it still pops up every time I come to a stop. In the setting I have turn off the brake setting so I can play video while driving. I also grounded out the parking brake wire and nothing changed. Can anyone offer any advice on this ? I’m gonna contact customer support when I’m off, I just wanted to dig a little bit before hand to see if anyone is familiar with this.
