Hi I've big trouble with the navigation system. After System reset, as some functions was not working I get a very pixeled screen this screen.

Picture is colloquial means turned but touch mirror inverted. Means I touch bottom right and click is top left.

How can I get the normal condition?

Hey, you might want to reach out to Phoenix for this...seems like it could be a hardware issue. Send them a message on fb messenger or here

Haven't seen anyone on the forum see this before but I could be wrong. See if someone else can shed light.

Hi,

I got a ink from Phoenix to an FAQ. There was a set-up information how to solve the display issue.

https://phoenixautomotivellc.freshdesk.com/support/home

Thanks for the hint to contact them.

But now there are several issues:

1. AC Control is not working. Car Setup is like before: "OLD Prado WITH DISC HI"

2. Front and rear camera is not working

3. Original navigation Software is missing?

Hope you can help me to solve this.

Can you share what you did exactly to solve the display issues?

It sounds to me like you reset the unit and you'll need to restore it back to defaults it had. Did you take a backup first? If not, we can still help.

I've done a reset of the Andriod system. Backup was set automatical. Mainly issue was Google maps chrashes every time - not solved by reset.

To get the screen back to normal condition it's described here:

https://phoenixautomotivellc.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/36000094307-screen-is-upside-down-touch-controls-is-flipped

**If want to navigate easily, can plug in a USB Mouse to navigate the on screen menus, without using touch screen.

Check

Settings

System Vers/Info

Press and hold Information Box - Keypad will come up 7890 ok

System

Set Screen Origin to Positive

Set Touch Origin to Positive

Reset unit by either pressing the RST button with paper clip

or turning car off (wait 10 seconds) then turn car on to see if settings have been set
