I'm confused, but what is the issue you are having? No sound at all or soft sound? Try to do a reset.

Got it. By chance, does it sound like you here a slight radio interference at all? I had an issue when I connected my unit the FM radio constantly played across all channels (Bluetooth, video, music, etc) at a very faint level. It was due to the FM/AM radio antenna touching the unit...

Best I could tell you to do is reach out to Phoenix Android radio support via FaceBook messenger, they will respond. It's possible you have a bad unit or something else isn't set right in the system software settings

Try this..

Check Elimination Parameter - Toggle through each option and see which gives best results for Mic Volume level

Settings -> System Vers/Info - Press and hold middle of Screen - Keypad will come up - 7890 ok

Sys Settings -> Elimination Parameter - Toggle through each one (I believe default is #220)
